Babbitt lining by static or centrifugal casting

Babbitt lining by centrifugal casting up to Ø 1600 mm and static casting up to Ø 2800 mm. 

We can treat different types of parts: bearings, gliders, brushings, roller bearing assembly, bearings for electric motors, etc.

We can cast white metal using lead or tin with antimony, copper etc.

We use different grades of antimony, according to our customers' requirements or according to their application. We can help you determine the quality of antimony to use, thereby optimizing the reliability according to their intended use.

We produce bearings and brushings with controlled levels of antimony, for compressors, fans, crushers, turbo alternators, rolling mill stands, electric motors and engine shafts.

We can do babbitt lining for whole parts either in static or centrifugal casting.

We can also do static or centrifugal casting for a whole series of parts.

All our tools and moulds are made in-house in our workshops, thus allowing us to delivery finished products in a very short time delay.

We have 30 years of experience in completing quality finished parts. As for casting bearings, it allows us to determine the correct shape (oil tanks, buckets, clearing, etc.) with the quality of antimony that conforms to customer requirements in terms of diameter, transmission shaft, speed, lubrication, intended use, etc. If need be, we can provide a plan.
